Nancy Chang      Nancy graduated from the University of Washington in 2002 with a BFA in sculpture and in 2007 with a Masters in Public Administration. She has been working at the OFH since 2003, specializing in creating youth driven programs. Currently she is interested in engaging teens in Redmond to understand and take action on international development issues and promote social equity. Nancy also serves as the co-director of Skate Like a Girl, and founded an action campaign to address women’s roles in water security in poor countries called Carry 5. She is passionate about empowering young people to better their lives and their community. Email Me!
