Meli Darby    Melissa “Meli” Darby attended her first concert at the OFH as an eleven year old. Her work on Crew and volunteering at the OFH sparked her career in the music industry and as a leader in the Pacific Northwest’s hip-hop community. As the founder of Obese Productions, Meli has spent eight years promoting all ages hip-hop shows. She sees her role as the current concert manager at the OFH as coming full circle: giving youth opportunities to realize their potential by offering the tools and guidance similar to that which propelled her career and passion.
